By accessing, Browse, or using https://imw.org.in (“Site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions(“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use this Site.

2. Modification of Terms

India Maritime Week (“Organizer”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted. Continued use of the Site after such changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, logos, text, software, and data on the Site are the property of India Maritime Week or its licensors. No material from the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, displayed, transmitted, or distributed in any form without express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Conduct

  • Provide accurate and current information if registration is required.
  • Not use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

5. Event Participation & Registration

Participation in India Maritime Week events may require additional registration and is subject to further terms, including on-site entry requirements, codes of conduct, and organizer instructions. Attendees must:

  • Only conduct business from within their allocated event space (if physical event participation applies).
  • Ensure all information provided during registration is accurate.
  • Comply with all applicable event rules and directions.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites provided for convenience only. India Maritime Week does not control or endorse these external sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” India Maritime Week disclaims all representation or warranties, express or implied. The Organizer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this Site or participation in its events.

8. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless India Maritime Week, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from their use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Data Privacy

Use of the Site signifies agreement to the collection and processing of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for any activity occurring under their account.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or governmental action.

IMW 2025 - Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

For Domestic Participants

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Net Banking

For International Attendees

  • International Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Remittance via Bank Transfer

All payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store any payment credentials.

2. Currency & Taxation

  • Domestic registrations are billed in INR inclusive of GST as applicable.
  • International registrations are billed in USD and may be subject to foreign transaction fees or local taxes as per the attendee’s/organizer’s jurisdiction.
  • Exchange rates are determined by the payment processor at the time of transaction.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm participation as an Exhibitor or a Delegate.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations ≥30 days before the event: 100% refund
  • Cancellations 21–29 days before the event: 75% refund
  • Cancellations 14–20 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations 7–13 days before the event: 25% refund
  • Cancellations <7 days before the event: Non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
  • International refunds may take longer due to cross-border banking protocols.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to payment@imw.org.in

5. Invoice & Receipts

Tax invoice will be emailed upon successful payment and can also be downloaded from login page.
